Alley brings more than 15 years of experience in dentistry across multiple specialties, with a focus on Dental Sleep Medicine, practice operations, medical billing, and insurance processes. Her experience includes supporting solo providers, practices with multiple locations, and remote teams.
That work has given her a close view of the everyday challenges behind a practice: reports that do not reconcile, unclear handoffs, inconsistent documentation, and responsibilities that fall between roles.
